The project includes the construction of a storm drainage system along Vineland Road and Peregrine Avenue, consisting of concrete pipe, manholes, ditch bottom inlets, curb inlets, and a mitered end section. The project also includes replacing potable water lines, construction of concrete curb and gutter, handicap ramps and new sidewalk. The roadways will be milled and resurfaced at intermittent locations.
The Procurement and Contracts Division and Public Works Department have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Prime Construction Group, Inc., of Orlando, Florida for the Vineland Road Drainage Improvements project in the amount of $ 3,449,940.00.
The bids were reviewed by the M/WBE office for compliance with the program. Prime Construction Group, Inc., M/WBE Participation Plan for this contract is as follows:
