Summary:

District 3 City Commissioner Robert F. Stuart will give an introduction, which will include a short 30-second video about artist Martha Lent, who created the new mural piece located at the Florida Hospital SunRail Station in District 3.  Mayor Dyer will read the proclamation in Ms. Lent's honor.  Commissioner Stuart will present a small token of appreciation to Ms. Lent, Mayor Dyer and a representative from Florida Hospital to thank them for their collaboration on this effort. 

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:
Proclaim February 27, 2017 as "Martha Lent Day" in the City of Orlando.
