The Mayor will call upon Workplace Giving Chair Michelle McCrimmon to provide an introduction and give a summary of the 2016-2017 Workplace Giving Campaign.  The Workplace Giving Committee includes Michelle McCrimmon, Deputy CFO; Keith Maddox, Orlando Fire Deputy Chief; Keri Byrum, Assistant Director, Leu Gardens; and Susan Manney, Orlando Police Deputy Chief.

The 2016-2017 Workplace Giving Campaign provided City employees the opportunity to contribute to United Way federation organizations or any 501(c)(3) organization of their choice.  The Mayor will take a photo with the attending representative from United Way and one or more of their federation organizations.

The Mayor will also present awards to the following two departments:

-Orlando Venues - Highest percentage employee giving above goal

-Orlando Fire - Highest percentage employee participation above goal
