Ordinance No. 2017-8 granting DeRoche Building Supply, Inc., a non-exclusive franchise to provide roll-off container collection and disposal of solid waste within the City of Orlando; outlining Franchisee's duties and providing the terms and conditions under which such franchise shall operate; providing for severability and an effective date.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Franchisee will pay the City $25.00 for each container pick up.
Recommended Action:
Adoption of the attached Ordinance, number 2017-8 as drafted and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the same adoption and review by the City Attorney's Office.
