Summary:
The Semoran Storage Associates, LLC, "Semoran", owns property located at 4650 S. Semoran Boulevard. A buildings on the property encroaches 1.2 feet into a drainage easement owned by the City. Semoran has requested that the City release the portion of the drainage easement on which the building is located. City staff have determined that release of such a small portion of the easement will not affect its utility and have no objection. |
