Employment Agreement for Andrew Allen, Civil Engineer I
Summary:
As a result of continued development activity, and the need to ensure proper, thorough and timely reviews of permit applications, the Engineering Services Division seeks to enter into a Two-Year Employment Agreement with Andrew Allen.  Mr. Allen started working with us under a temporary/seasonal contract in June of 2016 and has demonstrated himself to be a quick and enthusiastic learner with a strong work ethic.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: The Fiscal Impact Statement is attached.
Recommended Action:
Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Employment Agreement with Mr. Andrew Allen, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
