The project includes approximately $500,000 in improvements to the Varsity Club conference space at Camping World Stadium, including replacement of interior finishes (ex: ceilings, carpets), windows, doors, and restroom upgrades. Potential additional scope includes up to $300,000 in HVAC system replacement, elevator and lobby improvements. Work is expected to be substantially complete in the summer of 2017.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Committee’s ranking and approval for the Chief Procurement Officer to negotiate and execute an Agreement, subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney’s Office, as well as potential subsequent amendments for additional services, all not to exceed $800,000, as indicated above, with the top-ranked firm, in ranked order. |
