Facilities Management Division is requesting to utilize Volusia County Contract #16-B-175KT with Master Protection LP d/b/a FireMaster of Fort Myers, Florida, for the purchase of Fire Extinguishers, Inspections, and Maintenance.
The current contract term is effective through September 28, 2019 and there is the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated expenditure during the initial contract term is $135,008.19 and $50,628 for the renewal terms.

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize the Volusia County Contract with Master Protection LP d/b/a FireMaster as indicated above in the estimated amount of $135,008.19 for the initial term and $50,628 for the renewal terms, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
