This is a one lot replat to allow for future commercial development consistent with the previously approvals.  The subject property is located east of S. Semoran Ave. and north of E. Grant St. within the Lake Fredrica Neighborhood. The property is approximately 0.83 acres (SUB2016-00071).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
