A Final Major Subdivision Plat titled Creative Village Phase 1

A request for final approval of a major plat titled Creative Village Phase 1. This is a 4 parcel replat to allow for future commercial development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located north of W. Livingston Street and east of Parramore Avenue within the Callahan Neighborhood. The property is approximately 19.72 acres (SUB2016-00063)

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
