First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement between City of Orlando and Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority
Summary:

The City of Orlando and Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, "LYNX", entered into an Interlocal Agreement on January 23, 2012 under which the City would provide design and construction management services, "CEI Services", to LYNX in connection with construction of the Parramore BRT Project and LYNX would reimburse the City for the cost of the CEI Services in an amount not to exceed $498,108.00.  Due to unanticipated construction delays, the City and the LYNX desire to amend the Interlocal Agreement to increase the "not to exceed" amount by $100,000.00, to $598,108.00.  Note that payment to the City for CEI services is made from local match funds contributed by the City to LYNX under a separate Interlocal Agreement with LYNX.

Recommended Action:
