Employment Agreement for Office Assistant Contract - Stacie Watts

The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Ms. Stacie Watts to fill the Office Assistant Contract position. Ms. Watts is responsible for performing routine, varied, clerical work of average difficulty under the direction of the Customer Service Manager. This position is included in the FY2016 and FY2017 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about January 23, 2017 and ending January 22, 2018.
