Summary:
The City of Orlando, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, "GOAA", and All Aboard Florida - Operations, LLC, "AAF", entered into the Rail Line Easement Agreement on January 22, 2014, as amended, which governs the parties rights and obligations related to the development of an inter-city rail project at the Orlando International Airport. On that same date, the parties also entered into a Premises Lease and Use Agreement and a Vehicle Maintenance Facility Ground Lease Agreement to effectuate the terms of the Rail Line Easement Agreement. All of these Agreements are being held in escrow pursuant to the Rail Line Easement Agreement until December 31, 2016. AAF has requested an extension of one (1) month to the escrow term until January 31, 2017 to meet escrow conditions. The Amendment was approved by GOAA's Board on December 14, 2016. |
