Reclaimed Water Easement Agreement between Beazer Homes, LLC and City of Orlando
Summary:

Beazer Homes, LLC, "Beazer", owns, and is developing, property north of Laureate Boulevard as an adult living community.  In conjunction with the development, Beazer desires to convey an easement to the City (over existing infrastructure) for the City's provision of reclaimed water to the area.  Under the terms of the Easement, the City will maintain the meter assembly improvements, including a back-flow preventer, and Beazer is responsible for maintaining the remainder of the system.    
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Costs for maintenance of meter assembly will be paid from Program 355, Wastewater Fund 441
Recommended Action:
Approval of the Attached Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
