Release of Developer's Agreement - 3785 Bryn Mawr St.
Summary:
On September 13, 1965, the City, the Developer and the Owners of property located at 3785 Bryn Mawr St. entered into a developer's agreement ("Agreement") and recorded it in Official Records Book 1478, Page 163, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. The City, having confirmed that since that time the site has been fully developed and being satisfied that the conditions in the Agreement have been met, desires to release the Agreement encumbering the subject property.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the Release of Developer's Agreement and authorization for the Mayor Pro/Tem to execute same.
