This is a two lot replat to allow for future commercial and residential development consistent  with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located at the southeast corner of S. Orange Ave and E. Pineloch Ave. within the South Side Neighborhood. The property is approximately 11.69 acres (SUB2016-00045).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
