A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Orlando City Soccer Stadium. This is a three lot replat to allow for future institutional development consistent with the previously master Plan. The subject property is located at the north of Church Street and between Glenn Lane and Terry Ave within the Holden/Parramore Neighborhood.  The property is approximately 14.325 acres (SUB2014-00067)

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
