Advisory Committee Ranking for Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for Streets and Stormwater, RQS17-0054
Summary:

A Request for Qualification Statements (RQS) for Vineland Road and Lake Greenwood to Lake Davis drainage improvement projects was issued on October 17, 2016.  Two (2) firms responded to this solicitation, and the Consultants' Qualifications Board certified both firms on November 21, 2016.  On December 7, 2016, the Advisory Committee shortlisted these same firms for formal interviews and oral presentations.  After final presentations, on December 21, 2016, the Advisory Committee met to generate a ranking of the firms as follows:

 CDM Smith, Inc. has indicated that they will utilize a 30% total WBE participation goal with the subconsultants as shown on the attached MBE Bid Summary.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: The ranking of the Respondents for these professional services has no fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:

Approval of the Advisory Committee’s ranking and approval for the Chief Procurement to proceed with the negotiations for a contract with the top ranked firm, CDM Smith, Inc., in ranked order, until successful.
