Access and Utilities Easement Agreement between Lake Nona Land Company and the City of Orlando
Summary:
Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, "Lake Nona," owns, and is developing, property located north of Laureate Boulevard.  In conjunction with said development, Lake Nona has agreed to convey to the City, at no cost, an Access and Utilities Easement for the purpose of the construction and operation of wastewater facilities.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Access and Utilities Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
