Drainage Easement Agreement between Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, Beazer Homes, LLC and City of Orlando
Summary:

Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, "Lake Nona", and Beazer Homes, LLC, "Beazer", own property north of Laureate Boulevard on which drainage facilities are currently located. The facilities accommodate drainage from Watson Street, a City right-of-way, as well as proposed developments in the surrounding area.  Lake Nona has previously constructed the drainage facilities and under the terms of the attached Agreement, Lake Nona and Beazer are required to repair and maintain the portion of said facilities located within their respective properties.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Drainage Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
