The Families, Parks and Recreation Department has selected Ms. Bambi McDougald to fill Parramore Kidz Zone's vacant Prevention/Intervention Coordinator - Contract position. The position had previously been held by Ms. Tiffany Lumpkin, who resigned earlier this year due to family issues that required her to move out of state.

The PKZ Prevention/Intervention Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive intervention programs, services, and resources that will serve at-risk youth and young adults in Parramore, to prevent dropping out of school, becoming involved in criminal activity, or other negative outcomes.

Ms. McDougald has eight years of experience offering mental health and targeted case management support to at-risk youth in Central Florida.  She holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.  Her resume is attached.
