Summary:
On July 25, 2016, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan, a request from Rebuilding Together of Central Florida, Inc. for CDBG funding in the amount of Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($52,500). Funding will be used to provide roof replacements to approximately seven (7) homes owned and occupied by low-income homeowners in the Orlando city limits. |

FY 2016 HUD - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding was approved on 7/25/2016 as part of the Annual Action Plan.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Rebuilding Together of Central Florida, Inc. in the amount of Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($52,500) after review of the documents by the City's Attorney's Office and Grants Development Supervisor. |
