The applicant has requested the voluntary annexation of ±4.89 acres of property located south of Little Lake Fairview, west of Greens Ave., east of Edgewater Dr. and north of Golfview Blvd.  It is addressed as 3905 Edgewater Dr. The property has no Orange County zoning or future land use designations. The applicant has requested a future land use designation of Residential Low Intensity and an initial zoning of R-1AA/W.

The proposed annexation will allow for the expansion of the existing Bishop Moore ballfields as well as allow for additional onsite stormwater capacity. The subject property is contiguous to the City limits. If annexed, the property will not create an enclave.

Direct the City Attorney to prepare an annexation ordinance for consideration by City Council and authorize staff to initiate a Growth Management Plan (GMP) amendment and initial zoning for the subject property.
