Drainage Easement Agreement between City of Orlando, Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, Myrtle Creek Improvement District and KPMG, LLP
Summary:

KPMG, LLP, "KPMG", owns property located along Lake Nona Boulevard on which they propose to construct a corporate training facility. In conjunction with said construction, KPMG intends to convey a drainage easement to Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, "Lake Nona", Myrtle Creek Improvement District, "District", and the City of Orlando.  The facilities within the drainage easement will accommodate stormwater from the KPMG project and other projects in the area and currently take stormwater from Lake Nona Blvd.  Under the terms of the attached Agreement, Lake Nona is responsible for the installation of pipe facilities within the easement area to replace the existing drainage swale and the District is responsible for maintenance of the facilities once installed.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
