Summary:
This item requests that the Council conduct a quasi-judicial hearing on zoning application case #2016-00024. The zoning application requests the City's Planned Development zoning designation for approximately 6.34 acres of land in the Parramore neighborhood. If approved, the new zoning designation will permit the phased development of up to 178 multifamily dwelling units and 33 townhomes.
