City Resolution Approving GOAA Supplemental Bond Resolution Authorizing $75,000,000 Airport Facilities Taxable Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2016D
Summary:

On December 14, 2016 GOAA is scheduled to consider the adoption of a Supplemental Airport Facilities Revenue Bond Resolution (Series 2016D Supplemental Resolution), which, among other things, authorizes the issuance of not to exceed $75,000,000 principal amount of GOAA Airport Facilities Taxable Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2016D (Series 2016D Bond) to refund all or a portion of the GOAA Airport Facilities Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2007A (AMT). 

The City Resolution approves the Series 2016D Supplemental Resolution and the documents attached thereto, including the forms of the Series 2016D Bond, Escrow Deposit Agreement, and Bondholder Consent. The City Resolution and GOAA Series 2016D Supplemental Resolution, including exhibits, are attached.

Recommended Action:
Adoption of the City Resolution and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Resolution, the bonds, and any other documents necessary for the issuance of the 2016D Bonds.
