Ordinance No. 2016-97 relating to the Parramore Oaks planned development zoning district


Proposed ordinance no. 2016-97 would rezone approximately 6.34 acres of land located generally at the southwest corner of the intersection if I-4 and the East-West Expressway from the Wells Landing planned development zoning district, in part, and R-2B/T/PH, in part, to the Parramore Oaks planned development zoning district along with the Traditional City and Parramore Heritage zoning overlay districts. 

If adopted into law, the Parramore Oaks planned development will permit the construction of a phased 178-unit multifamily and 33 townhouse development in the Parramore neighborhood.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.

Recommended Action:
Approval on first reading.
