Reclaimed Water Easement Agreement between City of Orlando and Lake Nona Landing, LLC
Summary:

Lake Nona Landing, LLC, "Lake Nona", is the developer of a shopping center known as "Lake Nona Landing" in the vicinity of Narcoossee Road and Tagore Place.  In conjunction with construction of  Lake Nona Landing, Lake Nona installed certain reclaimed water facilities for the provision of reclaimed water to users in the area.  The attached Easement Agreement transfers ownership of the reclaimed facilities to the City and allocates maintenance responsibilities between the City and Lake Nona.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Operation and Maintenance costs shall be paid from Environmental Control WAS0012_C, Wastewater Revenue Fund 4100_F.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Reclaimed Water Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
