| Summary: | The subject property is located at 500 S. Magnolia Ave. which is south of E. Anderson Street, east of S. Orange Avenue, and west of S. Magnolia Avenue and is approximately 0.26 acres. The PD amendment is being requested in order to develop an 11-story, 126-room hotel with a ground floor restaurant and an offsite and valet only parking service. The Applicant is requesting a density bonus of 3.97 FAR for the AC-3A/T zoning district to develop the site at 7.97 FAR.
