Wastewater Division is requesting to utilize Brevard County Sheriff's Contract dated September 12, 2013 with Motorola Solutions Inc. of Schaumburg, Illinois, for the purchase of 130 Motorola APX4000 Portable Radios (Model 2) in the amount of $340,526.88.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize the Brevard County Sheriff's Contract with Motorola Solutions, Inc. as indicated above in the amount of $340,526.88 subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
