The current contract term is effective through February 21, 2017 and there is the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $500,000.00.
