Extending the Engagement of the Carlton Fields Law Firm
Summary:
Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Attorney by Section 161.3(4)D, City of Orlando Policies and Procedures, the City retained the law firm of Carlton Fields for legal services related to the sale of the Parramore Village Phase II project, including title work, contracts and other agreements related to financing.  City Council approval is requested to continue this engagement until the conclusion of these legal issues.
