Summary:
This employment agreement is to hire the services of Mr. Severo Berrios as a Housing Rehabilitation Specialist II (Contract) on a full-time basis for the period of January 4, 2017 through January 3, 2018.  This position is funded with Housing Federal and State Grants (Housing and Urban Development and Florida Housing Finance Corporation).

Recommended Action:
Approve employment agreement and authorize signature of the Mayor / Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
