Right-of-Way Conveyance and Construction Agreement for a segment of Dowden Road
Summary:

This Right-of-Way Conveyance and Construction Agreement is by and between Moss Park Properties, LLLP (an owner of land within the Storey Park Planned Development), Beachline South Residential, LLC (a developer and owner within the Starwood Planned Development), Pave It Forward South, LLC (the road construction manager for Beachline South Residential), and the City of Orlando.

This agreement provides for the private construction of a segment of Dowden Road from the road's current terminus in the Storey Park PD to and then eventually through the Starwood PD. The road right-of-way and facilities (including the road and related utilities and structures) will be dedicated to the City of Orlando. This agreement is consistent with and implements existing development and annexation agreements between the City and the owners and developers of the Storey Park PD and the Starwood PD.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached agreement upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
