Reclaimed Water Easement Agreement between Lake Nona Central, LLC and City of Orlando
Summary:

Lake Nona Central, LLC, "Lake Nona", is developing property located along USTA Boulevard, north of Lake Nona Boulevard in southeast Orlando as the USTA Tennis Center, "Center." In conjunction with construction of the Center, Lake Nona installed certain reclaimed water infrastructure for the City's provision of reclaimed water to the area.  The attached Easement conveys the reclaimed water infrastructure to the City and allocates maintenance responsibilities for said infrastructure between Lake Nona and the City. 
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Operation and Maintenance costs shall be paid from Environmental Control WAS0012_C, Wastewater Revenue Fund 4100_F.
Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Reclaimed Water Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
