The Bankcorp Bank, "Owner", is developing certain property as an office building, "Office," said property being located at the northwest quadrant of Herndon Avenue and Park Lake Street in Orlando.  In connection with construction of the Office, the Owner must install certain private sanitary sewer lines within the City right-of-way for Park Lake Street.  Per the attached Agreement, the Owner is solely responsible for construction, operation and maintenance of the sewer lines and all liability arising therefrom, including any liability incurred by the City.
