Temporary Use Permit to Allow the Relocation of the Pottery Shed at 363 N. Parramore Avenue
Summary:

During the construction of Livingston Street within the Creative Village, the pottery shed adjacent to the Downtown Recreation Center will need to be temporarily relocated from the north side of the center to the west side.  This new location is non-conforming, but may be allowed via a proposed Temporary Use Permit (LDC2016-00443), attached.

The City Council is authorized to allow Temporary Use Permits greater than 6 months, where this use is proposed for three years, and may authorize the Planning Official to approve two additional one-year terms if warranted.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Temporary Use Permit, LDC2016-00443, authorizing the temporary relocation of the pottery shed west of the Downtown Recreation Center, and authorizing the Planning Official to approve two additional one-year terms if warranted.
