Ordinance No. 2016-93 Amending the Land Development Regulations for the North Mills Planned Development District (1200 Weber St.) (Economic Development)

Summary:

The subject property is located at 1200 Weber St., which is west of Pinegrove Avenue, north of E. Marks Street, east of N. Mills Avenue and is approximately 1.83 acres. The PD amendment is being requested in order to develop a new bank branch at 6,886 sq. ft.

The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the PD amendment (ZON2015-00051) on February 15, 2016. 

The adoption ordinance is scheduled for December 5, 2016.

Recommended Action:

Approve the attached ordinance number 2016-93 on first reading and request that the Mayor and City Clerk present the draft ordinance for second reading and public hearing at the next City Council Meeting.
