Summary:
A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Crescent Lucerne.  This is a two lot replat to allow for future mixed use development consistent with the previously approved PD Zoning Amendment. The subject property is located north of Gore St. and west of S. Orange Avenue within the South Orange Neighborhood. The property is approximately 2.7 acres (SUB2016-00081)

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
