The subject property is located south of Curry Ford Rd, west of Woolco way  within the Dixie Bell Neighborhood. The property is approximately 1.28 acres (SUB2016-00018)

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
