 Lake Nona Parcel 15A – The subject property will be located in the Lake Nona PD and is designated as Airport Support District - High Intensity on the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan map.  The subject property is located west of Lake Nona Boulevard, north of the Central Florida Greeneway (SR417) and south of Lake Nona Gateway Road.  The site is +/-29.9 acres; District 1.

Request for approval of a Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) and preliminary plat for a three story 66,000 square foot sports and entertainment facility.

Laureate Park Neighborhood Center Phase 3 – Property is located in the Lake Nona PD and is designated Neighborhood Center on the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan map.  The subject property is located on the northwest corner of Tavistock Lakes Boulevard, Sachs Avenue and east of Wolcott Avenue.  The site is +/-3.99 acres; District 1.

Request for approval of a Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) and preliminary plat for parking and infrastructure that will serve three future lots of commercial, office and civic development and one future tract of recreational amenities.
