The undeveloped +/-0.33 ac. site is generally located south of E. Marks St., north of Granada Ct., east of N. Magnolia Ave., and west of Irma Ave. (110 and 114 E. Marks Ave.). The applicant is requesting a small scale future land use amendment from Downtown Activity Center to Residential-High Intensity to allow a 10 unit townhome development. A separate ordinance will address the Planned Development (PD) zoning (ZON2016-00016).
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the future land use map amendment (GMP2016-00013) and the Planned Development (PD) zoning application on September 20, 2016 and City Council accepted this recommendation on October 24, 2016. The second reading of this ordinance is scheduled for December 5, 2016.
