Ordinance Number 2016-89 rezones property comprised of 1.04 acres of land, generally located north and east of W Princeton Street, south of Silver Star Rd, and west of Mercy Dr from R-3B/W to I-P/W for the purposes of future warehouse development.

The proposed rezoning was recommended for approval by the Municipal Planning Board (MPB) on September 20, 2016

Recommended Action:
Approve the attached ordinance number 2016-89 on first reading and request that the Mayor and City Clerk present the draft ordinance for second reading and public hearing at the next regular City Council meeting.
