Summary:
Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Attorney by Section 161.3(4)D, City of Orlando Policies and Procedures, the City Attorney retained Darryl Bloodworth, an experienced litigator and the law firm of Dean, Mead, Egerton, Bloodworth, Capouano & Bozatth, P.A. for legal services related to public records litigation related to Pulse. City Council ratification is requested to continue this engagement until the conclusion of this litigation.
