Summary:
On July 25, 2016, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan, a request from Health Care Center for the Homeless, Inc. for CDBG funding in the amount of of Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($575,000) for the acquisition of a property located on North Ivey Lane. The property will be used to construct a 12,000 sq. ft.facility that will provide quality, affordable health care services for the low and moderate income people. |

Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Health Care Center for the Homeless, Inc. in the amount of Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($575,000) after review of the documents by the City Attorney's Office and Grants Development |
