Summary:
A request for final approval of a major plat titled Air Commerce Park Tract B.  This is a one lot replat to allow for future commercial development consistent with the previously approved Administrative Master Plan. The subject property is located south of  8th Street and west of Tradeport Dr within the Southport Neighborhood. The property is approximately 49.0 acres (SUB2016-00064).

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
