Summary:
The attached ordinance will rezone the 0.66-acre subject property from O-1/T and O-2/T to PD/T. Located in the Lake Eola Heights neighborhood, north of E. Concord St., east of N. Magnolia Ave., south of Hillcrest St., and west of Highland Ave., and the proposed Planned Development (PD) will establish a 2.5- to 4-story 12-unit rear loaded townhome development.
