Summary:

Mayor Dyer has approved Billy L. Hattaway as Transportation Department Director effective November 28, 2016, subject to City Council confirmation and the required human resources employment processing.  Mr. Hattaway comes to the City with extensive experience in the areas of transportation planning, engineering and administration.  His experience includes 28 years of service with the Florida Department of Transportation where he most recently served as FDOT Secretary of District One in Bartow, Florida.

Confirm appointment of Billy L. Hattaway to the position of Transportation Department Director.
