Summary:

The OPEB Trust’s investment consultant, NEPC, has recommended changes to the Investment Policy Statement for the OPEB Trust Fund. The following is a summary of the changes to the investment policy:

 

  Updated Assumed Rate of Return to 7.5% from 8%

  Updated Asset Class matrix

  Investment guideline language for new asset classes

  Updated Appendix I to include new asset allocation
