Encroachment Agreement between LAJ Investments Group, LLC and City of Orlando
Summary:

LAJ Investments Group, LLC, "LAJ", owns a single family house located at 621 Morocco Avenue, Orlando, FL, 32807, which encroaches  2 +/- feet into a platted Utility Easement located on the plat of Rockledge, PB W, P. 54, Official Records of Orange County, Florida. LAJ has requested that the City enter into the attached Encroachment Agreement, which authorizes the encroachment but also establishes LAJ's obligations and liabilities with respect thereto.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Encroachment Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
